The Wartburg football team (12-0 overall) ranks in the top 100 of 39 statistical categories, which the NCAA released today.

The Knights rank first in winning percentage (1.000) and blocked punts allowed (0), fifth in team passing efficiency (173.58), seventh in net punting (36.09), ninth in passing yards per completion (15.80), 10th in first downs offense (273), 11th in scoring offense (42.6), scoring defense (13.1) and third-down conversion percentage (0.486), 15th in turnovers lost (12), team passing efficiency defense (93.64) and passing yards allowed (149.6), 17th in total defense (275.0), 18th in third-down conversion percentage defense (0.288), 20th in kickoff return defense (15.42), 22nd in total offense (472.3), 25th in blocked kicks allowed (1), 28th in blocked punts (2), 29th in passes had intercepted (6), 32nd in tackles for loss allowed (4.67), 38th in punt return defense (5.29), 39th in rushing offense (224.7), 41st in fewest penalty yards per game (44.58), 44th in rushing defense (125.4) and team tackles for loss (7.6), 45th in fumbles lost (6), 48th in team sacks (2.67), 49th in completion percentage (0.614), 50th in kickoff returns (21.50), 56th in fewest penalties per game (5.25), 58th in passing offense (247.6), 68th in sacks allowed (1.42), 69th in first downs defense (181), 74th in red zone offense (0.804), 77th in punt returns (9.15), 82nd in blocked kicks (3) and fourth-down conversion percentage (0.500) and 95th in fewest penalty yards (535).

Individually, 11 Knights rank in the top 100 of 25 statistical categories.

On offense, junior Logan Schrader (Kildeer, Ill.) ranks fifth in passing yards per completion (15.80) sixth in passing efficiency (174.4), 17th in passing TDs (29), 19th in points responsible for (210), 26th in passing yards (2,829), 39th in total offense (272.3) and points responsible for per game (17.5), 46th in completion percentage (0.622) and 47th in passing yards per game (235.8).

Junior Brandon Domeyer (Manchester) ranks seventh in rushing TDs (18), 29th in scoring (9.0), 42nd in rushing yards (1,101) and 70th in rushing yards per game (91.8) and classmate Robbie Anstoetter (Farley) ranks 42nd in receiving TDs (10).

Senior Taylor Jacobsmeier (Wapello) ranks 33rd in receiving yards (985), 78th in receiving yards per game (82.1) and 84th in receiving TDs (8).

On defense, junior Gunner Tranel (Vinton) ranks 71st in total tackles (9.5) and 83rd in solo tackles (5.5), classmate Logan Pitz (Farley) ranks 22nd in passes defense (1.5) and senior Zach Twedt (Atkins) ranks 40th in sacks (0.80).

On special teams, junior Michael Bohlke (Manchester) ranks 45th in field goal percentage (0.667) and 76th in field goals per game (0.67) and classmate Grant Zimmerman (Mendota, Ill.) ranks 15th in punting (40.3).

Senior Donald Miller (Maywood, Ill.) ranks 37th in punt returns (8.8) and classmate Taylor Hotek (Waterloo) ranks fifth in punt return TDs (2).
