MADISON, Wis.—The No. 1 ranked Wartburg wrestling team (2-1 overal) finished 2-1 at the Badger Duals hosted by the University of Wisconsin-Madison Sunday.

In the first dual of the day, the Knights defeated UW-Whitewater 33-6.

Landon Williams pinned his opponent at 4:23 and Byron Tate pinned his at 0:56.

All other Wartburg victories were won by decision, besides the 125 match which the Warhawks forfeited.

The 157-pound match was the lone loss as Cole Welter fell 10-7 to Corey Schmidt.

The Orange and Black won every match against the Duhawks. Landon Williams pinned his opponent at 165-pounds at
3:47.

In the final match against the host-Wisconsin, under the new dual rules, the Badgers won the match 17-16 as they had the most total match points.

Wartburg won at 125, 133, 141, 174 and 197 weight classes. Gilberto Camacho won 7-4 (125), Mirocha by a technical fall at 16-1 (133), Charles Timms won by a 6-4 decision in overtime (141), Bradley Banks also won in overtime (174) and Bryon Tate won a 4-1 decision at 197.

The Knights return to action Tuesday against Waldorf in Forest City at 6 p.m.
