STORM LAKE, Iowa--  The top-ranked Wartburg wrestling team (12-1 overall, 2-0 IIAC) defeated Iowa Conference opponent, Buena Vista(3-4, 0-2) 32-7 Thursday.
 
With the win, the Knights increase their IIAC dual win streak to 153 straight matches.

The dual started with the 197 weight class Kevin Hein (Grays Lake, Ill.) was defeated by major decision, 16-8.

Sixth-ranked Ryan Fank (Independenc) pinned his opponent at 5:56 in the 285 class.

The  dual then went to the 125 class as second-ranked Kenny Anderson (Bilerca, Ma.) won by a 5-0 decision against sixth-ranked Austin Mogg.

Braxton Chiccelly (Cedar Rapids) lost by decision 4-1 at 133 and Mike Kremer (Independenc) won by decision 10-3 at 141.

Matt Vercillo (Davenport) won by decision, 10-6 at 149 and Brice Gretch (Billings, Mt.) pinned his opponent at 3:52.

Sixth-ranked Landon Williams (Davenport) won by technical fall and Ben Scott (Adel) won by decision, 5-1, at 174.

Sam Upah (Marshalltown) won by decision, 5-3 over fifth-ranked Brian Broll.

The Orange and Black return to the mat Saturday at Cornell's Matman invitational.
