WAVERLY, Iowa—Four players tallied double-digits in Wartburg’s (17-7 overall, 10-5 IIAC) 81-63 loss to Coe (17-1, 11-4), Wednesday night.

Senior Leslie Wilson (Austin, Minn.) led all scorers with her 21 points. Sophomore Carly Jacobs () accounted for 13 points and senior Stephanie Reiter (Buckingham) and junior Abi Weidemann (Iowa Falls) each finished with 11.

Weidemann had a team-best six rebounds.

The Kohawks took the lead (42-32) at halftime. The Knights cut the lead to single digits as junior Maddie Sadecky (Iowa City) made a trey with 18:51 remaining in the game, but this would be the closest margin of the night.

Coe continued to build its lead in the second frame and ended the contest on a 6-3 run over the last 3:30.

The Kohawks were paced by 15 points from boh Kayla Waskow and Megan Hayes.

The Orange and Black close out the regular season on the road against Central Saturday at 2 p.m.
