Junior Kailey Kladivo (Traer) led all scorers with 27 points, just two shy of her career mark. She had 17 points in the first half.
Freshman Morgan Neuendorf (Shell Rock) joined her in double digits with 18 to set a new career-best, 14 of these came in the second frame.
Newcomer Miranda Murphy had a team-best nine rebounds while Kladivo followed closely with eight.
The Knights started the game on a 9-0 run over the first three minutes and led 41-39 at halftime. In the second frame, the Orange and Black led by as many as 13 points, twice, at 73-60 and 75-62.
Wartburg concludes its two-game homestand Saturday when it hosts Nebraska Wesleyan at 5 p.m.
