This marked the first loss of the season for the Titans as the Knights won their seventh-straight. Senior Kailey Kladio (Traer) becames the 12th member of the 1,000 career point club on her first basket of the contest.
"It's great to get your 1,000 career point in a game like that," said head coach Bob Amsberry. "(UW-Oshkosh) was well-coached and is a quality opponent.
"If Kailey continues to plays like that; we'll be really good," he continued. "She is a player that deserves this achievement. She has put in so much work, and it hasn't been easy with injuries she's encountered, but to see her persevere through those injuries and have it pay off with reaching 1,000 career points is awesome."

Kladivo led the Orange and Black with 18 points and 14 rebounds while sophomores Katie Sommer (Cedar Rapids) and Morgan Neuendorf (Shell Rock) joined her in double digits with 16 and 14 points, respectively.
WARTBURG vs. UW-OSHKOSH HIGHLIGHTS"We won on the defensive end," said Amsberry. "We were outstanding in following the game plan on that end. The two keys that we talked about going into today were: rebounding and matching their physicality. I thought we executed those well and was very proud of our defense today."
Wartburg opened the game on an 11-2 run over the first four minutes of the contest. The score was tied twice in the second quarter and the Titans led at three times, which included 23-22 with 6:05 left in the half. The Knights answered as they compiled a 8-0 run to regain the lead and led by four at halftime.
The Orange and Black led the entire third quarter and led by as many as 12 in the fourth quarter as UW-Oshkosh fouled down the stretch.
Defensively, Wartburg held its opponent to a 27.3 shooting percentage from three-point range.
