The Knights moved to 15-6 overall and 5-5 in conference games while the Kohawks are 13-8, 4-6.
The Orange and Black led 31-15 at halftime as Coe shot just 17.9% from the field in the first two quarters. While the Kohawks outscored the visitors in the second half, they were unable to whittle the margin to less than six points in the final two quarters.
Wartburg returns to its home court Wednesday when it hosts Loras at 6 p.m.
