WAVERLY, Iowa--  The No. 13/15 Wartburg women's basketball team (23-3 overall) will host Loras (22-4) in the American Rivers Conference Tournament Championship Saturday at 4 p.m. The Knights are the No. 1 seed and the Duhawks are the No. 2 seed. The Orange and Black enter the night on a 12-game winning streak and the Duhawks have won their last seven in a row.

The Series
Wartburg owns the all-time series lead at 52-26, which includes the last eight-straight. The Knights won both meetings in the regular season.

In the Conference Tournament
Wartburg has qualified for the Conference Tournament for the 11th-straight year and 19th time overall (since the tournament began in 2000).  The Knights are 22-14 in the tournament and have won four tournament championships. The Knights are 5-2 against the Duhawks in the tournament and have never previously met in the title game.

Boettger has a team-best .699 field goal percentage, while junior Amanda Brainerd (DeWitt) leads the team from beyond the arc (.435) and from the free throw line (.849).
