DUBUQUE, Iowa - The No. 2-ranked Wartburg College wrestling team opened its 2020-21 American Rivers Conference schedule with a 37-6 victory at the University of Dubuque Saturday, Jan. 23, moving its record to 1-1 overall.
All but one from the Knights' lineup earned victories, including a pair of technical falls from
Brady Fritz and
Kyle Briggs, a pin from
Cael Krueger during his first varsity appearance in Orange & Black, and a 16-4 major decision from
Zane Mulder over UD's Zarik Anderson, who's ranked 7th in the nation by NWCA at 165 lbs.
