WAVERLY, Iowa – Men's tennis will continue its 2021-22 season in Mankato, MN. as they take on Bethany Lutheran College in a non-conference contest at 12 p.m.
The Knights will also host an exhibition match against Iowa State University earlier that morning at 10 a.m.

Last Time on the Court
The Orange & Black opened the 2021 season Saturday, Sept. 11 by splitting home matches. The Knights started the day with a close 4-5 loss to Grandview College and then won the following match against Hamline University 8-1.
Lucas Huffman added another win to his school record, 36 total of wins in the number one singles spot, with a win against Hamline. The duo of
Cade Davis and
Hunter Gerhardt have started the season 2-0 in the number two doubles position.
Bethany Lutheran
This will be the first match of the 2021-22 season for the Bethany Lutheran Vikings. Last season, the Vikings recorded a 1-8 record and a 1-5 conference record, with the one win coming against Crown College. Bethany Lutheran returns one senior from last year's team and brings in six freshmen for the 2021-22 season. Wartburg has owned the series between the schools with a 6-0 record against Bethany Lutheran and the last matchup was a 9-0 shutout win that came in the 2018 season.
