CLINTON, Iowa – Wartburg men's tennis swept Saturday action at St. Ambrose with wins over the Fighting Bee's and Illinois Wesleyan University. The Knights are now 7-4 overall in the 2021-22 season.
Lucas Huffman, now 5-1 this season in the number one position, led the Knights with a 2-0 performance in the number one singles spot and two number one doubles wins with partner Jackson Ells.
The Orange & Black swept St. Ambrose (7-0) and swept all of doubles competition on the day going a perfect 6-0.
Cade Davis,
Griffin Steiniger and
Kyle Sehlin all finished the day with 2-0 records in their respective positions.
Next Time Out
Wartburg will be in action next on Saturday, Feb. 19 against Elmhurst and Carroll University.
