ORLANDO, Fla. – Men's tennis defeated Calvin University 6-3 after dropping earlier meets with Regis College and Piedmont University on Tuesday, Mar. 1.
 
The Orange & Black split singles play with Regis after wins by Julian Nemmers, Rob Arbuckle and Kaleb Flenker in the 4-6 positions respectively. The team of Shimon Yonekura and Jack Veber won in number three doubles for the Knights only doubles win.
 
Wartburg was swept in singles play by Piedmont University in Tuesday's second matchup. The Knights lone win came in number one doubles when Lucas Huffman and Jackson Eells defeated the team of Houston Medlock and Alberto Nunez.
 
The Orange & Black closed the day with a 6-3 win over Calvin University behind singles wins from Huffman, Cade Davis, AJ Wilkins, Nile Petersen and Kyle Sehlin. The team of Huffman and Eells won the only doubles match for the Knights and finished the day 2-0 as a duo.

The Knights will close play in Florida on Thursday, Mar. 3 against Adrian College at 11:30 a.m. and then against Mount Vernon Nazarene University at 6:30 p.m.
