WAVERLY, Iowa -- The No. 2 Wartburg men's wrestling team (6-0 overall) will compete in the 2024 U.S. Marine Corps/National Wrestling Coaches Association (NWCA) National Dual Meet Championships next weekend, Jan. 5-6 in Cedar Falls, Iowa at the UNI Dome.
Wartburg received a first-round bye and will face the winner of Loras/Alfred State Friday at noon.

NWCA Duals History
Wartburg seeks its 13th NWCA National Duals Title, as it leads all divisions with its 12 National Duals championships. Wartburg has reached the finals every year except for 2019 and 2023 since the inception of the tournament in 2002. The Knights' 18 finals appearances also marks a tournament-best.
Wartburg last won the title in 2020 (24-15) against then-No. 1 Augsburg.
