DUBUQUE, Iowa – No. 10/13 women's basketball clinched its third American Rivers Conference (A-R-C) regular season championship in a row with a 64-55 road win over the University of Dubuque on Wednesday, Feb. 12. The Knights are now 21-2 overall and move to 14-0 in A-R-C play, while Dubuque is now 9-13 overall and 6-7 in A-R-C competition.

- The Knights took a 5-0 lead early after Lauren Woeste scored the first basket of the game followed by a three pointer from Britney Young
- After back-to-back scores from the Spartans, Wartburg went on a 7-2 run to take a 12-6 lead with 5:11 left in the opening quarter
- The Knights outscored Dubuque 9-5 in the final five minutes of the first to take a 21-11 lead into the second quarter
- Natalie Bearbower and Woeste led the Knights in scoring on the run with three points each

- Britney Young began the quarter with her second made three of the game and Woeste scored the next three points for the Knights to make the score 27-15 with 7:08 left in the quarter
- UD outscored the Knights 6-2 over the next two minutes to cut Wartburg's lead to eight points, but Murphy closed the half with the next five points to put the Knights back up 34-21 at halftime
- Murphy scored the final seven points for Wartburg in the half (outscored UD 7-6 in final six minutes of the half)

- Murphy picked up right where she left off in the first half as she scored four points in the first minute of the third quarter
- Following a made UD three pointer, Sara Faber recorded her fourth steal of the game and then made a three pointer on the other end to push the Wartburg lead to 41-26 with 6:46 left in the third
- Minutes later Faber made another three pointer along with one free throw for Wartburg's next four points
- Woeste and Murphy each scored in the paint before Young closed the quarter with her third three pointer of the game to make it 52-38 after three quarters
- Fourth Quarter
- After two Spartan baskets began the final quarter, Faber connected on her third three pointer of the game to stop the run
- Woeste and Lauren Golinghorst each scored after two minutes of scoreless play to make the score 59-47 with 5:16 left in the game
- UD cut it to a nine-point lead with 3:19 left, but Wartburg responded with scores from Murphy, Woeste and Faber in the final minutes to close out a 64-55 win on the road
