WAVERLY, Iowa- The Wartburg men's tennis team have finished 2-2 in Saturday's action. The Knights beat Northwestern (Iowa) 4-3 and Central 7-0. Illinois College earned a 4-3 win and St. Olaf earned a 5-2 win over the Knights.

Northwestern (Iowa)

• Milan Lecic/Landon Murch won in doubles competition 
• Jeff Miller, Kyle Sehlin, Carter Reinbold, and Murch won in singles competition
• The all-time series is now tied 3-3

Illinois College

• The Knights earned a sweep in doubles competition
• Keegan Weber and Kellen Jones in singles competition
• The all-time series is now tied 1-1

Central

• The Knights won two out of three in doubles competition 
• Aidan Hull, Joseph Haag, Logan Augustine, Colton Abels, Jones, and Weber won in singles competition
• The Dutch now lead the all-time series 49-29

St. Olaf 

• Murch/Lecic won in doubles competition
• Lecic and Sehlin won in singles competition
• The Oles now lead the all-time series 5-0

Key Notes:

• Weber has won five singles match and three doubles matches in a row
• Augustine has won four singles matches in a row

• Reinbold earned his first career victory in singles competition
