WAVERLY, Iowa - Six student athletes from Wartburg women's golf and bowling programs were named to the Women's At-Large College Sports Communicators Academic All-District team on Tuesday, June 17.

Madelyn Bender, Lauren Funk, Hannah Fangmann, Beth Johll, Drucilla Kramer and McKenna Schaufenbuel were all honored.

The academic honor is the second for Bender, Fangmann, Johll and Kramer and marks the first for Funk and Schaufenbuel.
