APPLETON, Wisconsin- The Wartburg men tennis team kick-started their spring schedule with two non-conferences matches today. The Knights were victorious over St. Norbert 4-3 and Lawrence 6-1.
 
St. Norbert

• The Knights won two out of three in doubles competition. Robert Matera/Benny Ramker won in #1 doubles and Cole Palese/John Gustafson won in #3 doubles
• Robert Matera, Cole Palese, and Benny Ramker were victorious in singles competition
• The Knights still trail 3-5 in the all-time series, but have won the last two meetings

 
Lawrence

• The Knights earned a sweep in doubles competition. Robert Matera/Benny Ramker won in #1 doubles, Milan Lecic/Landon Murch won in #2 doubles, and Cole Palese/John Gustafson won in #3 doubles
• Cole Palese, Milan Lecic, John Gustafson, Landon Murch, and Benny Ramker were victorious in singles competition
• The Knights now lead the all-time series 3-1
