CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa --Â Wartburg College senior
Charlie Dojan has been named the American Rivers Conference (A-R-C) Men's Wrestler of the Week, the league announced Monday.
A native of Mounds View, Minnesota, Dojan earned the honor for the second time this season and became the fourth consecutive Knight to receive A-R-C Wrestler of the Week recognition.
The top-ranked 157-pounder in the nation continued his dominant campaign in Wartburg's 33-6 victory over Coe on Friday at Levick Arena. Dojan secured a technical fall over Coe's Zachary Montez, 16-0, at the 2:59 mark, recording his team-leading 14th technical fall of the season.
Dojan's performance helped extend Wartburg's A-R-C dual winning streak to 49 consecutive matches, including 41 straight victories over the Kohawks, and contributed to the Knights' 77th all-time dual win inside Levick Arena.
Unbeaten on the season, Dojan improved to 23-0 overall. In addition to his 14 technical falls, he has also tallied four major decisions and four decisions this year.

Wartburg (14-1 overall) travels to Dubuque, Iowa on Thursday, Feb. 12 to battle nationally-ranked Loras (17-2 overall) in its regular season finale at 7 p.m. The winner of Thursday's dual will be crowned conference champion, as both programs remain unbeaten in league play.Â
