Tiffany Pins

Tiffany Pins, a 2005 graduate of Wartburg, enters her 11th year at the helm of the women's soccer program in 2021. She has coached four Conference MVPs, 14 All-Region honorees and four All-Americans. Pins was named the Conference Coach of the Year and the NSCAA Regional Coach of the Year in 2015.

Pins has coached six of Wartburg's eight appearances in the NCAA Tournament. The Knights advanced as far as the Sweet Sixteen round in 2015. The 2011 team set the single-season record with 12 shutout victories.

While playing for the Orange and Black, Pins (maiden name Treanor), was part of a strong Knights’ incline. The three-time program Most Valuable Player and 2004 all-Iowa Conference honoree starred on squads that won 10-or-more matches twice including a 16-3-1 mark during her senior season. As an assistant, she helped lead two teams that reached 10-or-more victories including a 14-6 mark in 2005. That theme continued during her time as an assistant coach at Denison University from 2007-2010. During her stay, the school reached the Elite Eight her last fall as part of three NCAA Division III tournament berths. The program also won two regular-season and one North Coast Athletic Conference tournament title.

Pins earned her Masters of Arts Degree in Physical Education with an emphasis in teaching and coaching from the University of Northern Iowa. She also has an NSCAA Advance National Diploma.

Pins resides in Waverly with her husband Brian '04 and their sons, Tyler and Luke.
