Kaitlyn Brouwer enters her third season on the Wartburg volleyball coaching staff after joining the team in the spring of 2021, helping lead the Knights to a sixth consecutive American Rivers Conference title. She primarily works with front row players in the development of their attacking ability as well as training players' blocking skills. Brouwer also plays a key role in the development of Wartburg’s team defensive system.
A 2016 Wartburg graduate, Brouwer was a two-time All-Conference middle and right-side hitter for the Knights from 2012-15. She was also a three-time Academic All-Conference honoree and served as a team captain while earning All-Region accolades during her senior year.
Prior to joining the Wartburg coaching staff, Brouwer coached at the club level for multiple teams. She earned a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Sioux Falls and currently works at Rabo AgriFinance in Cedar Falls.
