WAVERLY, Iowa—The Wartburg softball team (5-15 overall) travels to Grinnell, Iowa to face non-conference opponent, Grinnell College (0-6) in a doubleheader Saturday at noon.

A Look at the Teams:
Grinnell:
Amanda Stromquist leads the Pioneers with her .263 batting average. Two fellow players, Aniela Wendt and Summer Wilke join her in the 200 ranks with averages of .235 and .222, respectively.
 
Stromquist also leads the pitchers with her 3.06 ERA in 16.0 innings pitched.
 
Wartburg:
Freshman Katie Canney (Adel) leads the team at the plate with her .409 average which includes a team-best seven doubles, two triples, one homerun and 19 RBIs.
 
The Knights also have five hitters averaging above .200.
 
Newcomer Hayley Woszczynski (Alton, Ill.) leads the pitchers with her 2.23 ERA and is 3-6 in the circle in 50.1 innings of work.
