WAVERLY, Iowa-- The Wartburg softball team hosts Iowa Conference opponent, Luther, in its final home doubleheader Tuesady at 4 p.m.

Luther received the No. 4 ranking in the April 18 edition of the NFCA Top 25.

A Look at the Teams:
Luther:
Shari Huber and Lauran Snyder co-lead the Norse as both have averages of .396 and four other members are averaging above .300.

Becca Girvan leads the pitching staff with her 1.14 ERA and has 166 strikeouts In her 140.2 innings of work.

Wartburg:
Senior Lynn Heitkamp (Galena, Ill.) leads the team with her .385 average. She also has a team-best 12 doubles and 20 RBIs.
 
Freshman Katie Canney (Adel) joins her above .300 with her average of .376. She leads the squad with 23 RBIs.

Classmate Hayley Wozczynksi (Alton, Ill.) leads the starting pitchers with her 3.71 ERA and has 47 strikeouts in 79.1 innings pitched.
