DUBUQUE, Iowa-- Sophomore Brittany Frush (La Porte City) scored Wartburg's lone goal in the 2-1 loss to Iowa Conference opponent, Dubuque, Saturday.

The Spartans took the early 1-0 lead at 29:37 as Kelsey Graefen headed the ball into the net after a free kick.

This remained the score until Frush knotted things at one all with her team-best fifth goal of the year at 55:18.

Alexandra Watkins scored the game-winner for Dubuque at 72:53.

The Knights return to action Saturday when they host Simpson at 1 p.m. in the annual Senior Day.
