WAVERLY, Iowa-- The softball team will travel to Rock Island, Ill. to play in Augustana's tournament this weekend.

Wartburg will play a doubleheader against UW-LaCrosse Friday at 3 & 5 p.m. and play Ripon and host-Augustana Saturday.

A Look at the Teams:
UW-Lacrosse (8-2):
Emily Holldorf leads the team with .414 average. Two other players, Lindsey Sheehan and Alie Meyer join her in the above .400 range at .407 and .406, respectively.

Meyer has a team-best 11 RBIs.

Lauren Beres leads the pitchers with a 1.84 ERA and is 4-2 in 38 innings pitched.

Ripon (5-5):
Stephanie Rieuwpassa is her team's leading hitter (.588). Karisa Simonsen (.481) and Cassie Bilotto (.432) are the next leading hitters.

Rieuwpassa is also the top pitcher with a 1.35 ERA, is 3-2 through 36.1 innings of work.

Augustana (11-5):
Chelsea Lavin leads her team at the plate (.459) while Laura Behnke and Jenna Teson follow closely at .457 and .419, respectively.

Sarah Hintz leads the pitching corp with a 1.26 ERA and is 5-2 through 44.1 innings pitched.

Wartburg (4-10):
Savannah Wartburton is the team's leading hitter (.350) and also has a team-best 10 RBIs.

Ashley Bienemann is the second-leading hitter (.289).

Tori Herzberg leads the pitching staff with an ERA of 2.37 and is 2-4 through 38.1 innings of work.
