DECORAH, Iowa-- Seniors Thomas Perkins (San Tan Valley, Nev.), Eddie Diemer (Cedar Falls) and Taylor Jacobsmeier (Wapello) all scored in double digits (20, 13 and 12, respectively) to propel Wartburg past Luther, 76-69.

The Knights led 35-33 at halftime and opened the second half on a 9-5 run over the first four minutes to increase their lead which they never relinquished.

The Orange and Black led by as many as 15 points in the frame.

Wartburg held the team advantages in field goal percentage (.456 vs. .383), three-point field goal percentage (.379 vs .351), blocks (5-0) and steals (4-2). Diemer had four individual blocks.

The Knights return to action Wednesday when they host Central at 8 p.m.
