DUBUQUE, Iowa-- The Wartburg women's soccer team shutout Loras, 3-0, Saturday evening.

This marked the first win over the Duhawks since 2008 and the first win in the Rock Bowl since 2007.

Senior Brinkly Werkman (Marion) put the Knights on the board with her goal at 14:20. Freshman Alyssa Hewitt (Clive) was credited with the assist.

This remained the score until junior Brittany Frush (La Porte City) scored her team-high tenth goal of the season at 61:58.

Hewitt scored the final goal for the Orange and Black at 81:13.
