Volleyball Travels to Coe

WAVERLY, Iowa-- Wartburg (17-4 overall, 2-1 IIAC) travels to face Coe (18-5, 3-0) Wednesday at 7 p.m.

The Series
Wartburg owns the all-time series lead at 31-7-1. The Knights claimed the regular-season meeting (3-0) and the conference tournament championship match (3-1) last season.

A Look at the Teams
Wartburg

Senior Bailey Wilson (West Des Moines) has a team-high 256 kills and 3.46 kills/set avarage. Three teammates, sophomore Claire Willenbring (Dyersville) and juniors Kayln Ertz (Mediapolis) and Kaity Brouwer (Dike) join her in triple digits with 184, 128 and 118 kills, respectively. Wilson ranks ninth on the career leader list with 1,142 kills to date. She needs 25 more to move into eighth.

Junior Emma Harmeyer (West Des Moines) has 543 set assists and classmate Jamie Farley (Cedar Falls) has 340 digs. Farley needs 80 more digs to reach the 1,000 mark.

Willenbring leads the team at the service line with 32 aces and senior Karly Bown (Lincoln, Neb.) follows closely with 31. Bown continues to hold the third spot on the program's all-time career leader list in this category and has 174 to date.

Coe
The Kohawks have two hitters above the 200 kill mark as Rachel Schaefer has 266 and Rachel Bosworth has 212. Four other teammates have surpassed the century mark in kills.

Setter Mackenzie Harbaugh has 793 assists and 53 service aces while Alissa Wittenburg has 363 digs.
