WAVERLY, Iowa-- Wartburg (10-2 overall) travels to face Simpson (5-5) Wednesday at 7:30 p.m. in its Iowa Conference opener.

Wartburg
The Knights are led by 149 kills and 3.47 kills/set from senior Bailey Wilson (West Des Moines). She was named the IIAC Female Athlete of the Week and also surpassed the 1,000 kills for her career last Friday in the match against Cornell.

Sophomore Claire Willenbring (Dyersville) joins her in triple digit kills with 110 and junior Emma Harmeyer (West Des Moines) has 363 set assists running the team's offense.

Senior Karly Bown (Lincoln, Neb.) has a team-best 18 service aces to date and now ranks third on the team's all-time career leader list with 161. Two fellow players, Willenbring and Harmeyer join her in double digits with 16 and 13 aces, respectively.

Junior Jamie Farley (Cedar Falls) has a team-high 216 digs while Harmeyer has 100.

Simpson
Two players, Tabitha Blaser and Olivia Sulentic, have 141 and 101 kills, respectively.

Katie Kieffer has 422 set assists while Torey Buenger leads the team at the service line with 12 aces.
