Volleyball Travels to Central

WAVERLY, Iowa-- Wartburg (16-2 overall, 2-0 IIAC) travels to face Central (13-6, 1-1) tonight at 7:30 p.m. The Knights enter tonight's match on a six-match winning streak.

The Series
Central leads the all-time series, 51-15, but Wartburg has claimed five of the last six meetings, which includes the last three-straight.

A Look at the Teams
Central

Four players are in triple digit kills as Emily Stoakes has 138, Shantell Gish has 125, Hannah Welter has 104 and Mollie Mason has 101.

Claire Stewart has 280 set assists, Tori Zempel has a team-leading 18 service aces and Dzenita Bahtic has 308 digs.

Wartburg
Four players are also in triple digit kills as senior Bailey Wilson (West Des Moines) has a team-best 217 kills. Sophomore Claire Willenbring (Dyersville) follows with 156, junior Kayln Ertz (Mediapolis) has 156 and classmate Kaity Brouwer (Dike, Iowa) has 101.

Junior Emma Harmeyer (West Des Moines) has 481 set assists to date, senior Karly Bown (Lincoln, Neb.) and Willenbring lead the team at the service line with 27 aces and junior Jamie Farley (Cedar Falls) has 299 digs.

Wilson ranks 10th on the program's all-time career leader list in kills (1,103), seventh in block assists (268) and eighth in solo blocks (101). Bown is third in service aces (170).
