DUBUQUE, Iowa-- Senior Logan Schrader (Kildeer, Ill.) became Wartburg's all-time career leader in TD passes on his 21-yard pass to classmate Jordan Schmitt (West Union) with 3:22 left in the 3rd quarter. Schrader surpassed the 59 that current offensive coordinator and 2011 Wartburg Athletics Hall of Fame Inductee, Matt Wheeler and Nick Yordi set.

Schrader finished with 197 yards through the air and was 18-29-0. Schmitt was the leading receiver with four catches for 57 yards and 1 TD. Classmate Robbie Anstoetter (Farley) had 50 yards on four receptions. Senior Brandon Domeyer (Manchester) had 40 yards on the ground on 11 carries and had the first TD of the game for the Knights.

The Orange and Black capitalized on the Spartans' fumble on the opening kickoff as Domeyer punched it in from three-yards out to end a 28-yard drive.

Junior Saywer Anderson (New Hampton) led the defense with 12 total tackles which included a career-best 11 solo tackles. Senior Gunner Tranel (Vinton) had a team-high 4.0 tackles for a loss of eight yards.

Wartburg returns to the field next Saturday at Luther.
