WAVERLY, Iowa-- Wartburg (2-1 overall) fell 82-74 to Monmouth in the Buzz Levick Tournament Championship Game Saturday.

Two Knights, junior Nick Webber (Peosta) and sophomore Nate Woeste (Atkins) finished in double digits with 26 and 16 points, respectively. For their efforts over the two days, the duo was named to the All-Tournament team. This marked a new career-high for Webber, as his previous career high was 21 points.

The Scots led 37-32 at halftime and outscored the hosts 45-42 in the second frame.

The Orange and Black made it a two-point game with 6:20 to play on a layup from freshman Jaran Sabus (Urbandale). Monmouth answered with a 7-4 run over the next two minutes to build its lead to eight once more.
