Senior Clifton Brown (Mims, Fla.) and freshman Cam Kickbush (Reinbeck) each had 10 on the game. Sophomore Nate Woeste (Atkins) narrowly missed double digits as he had nine points, all from the free throw line.
Brown was the team's leading rebounder with seven boards.
The Blugolds led 34-17 at the break, but the Knights outscored them 41-39 in the second half. The Orange and Black whittled the margin to six with 10:38 to go, but that would be the closest distance as UWEC scored two consecutive treys to build its lead once more.
Wartburg returns to action Tuesday when it hosts Bethany Lutheran at 7 p.m.
