Women's Soccer Travels to Face UW-Stevens Point

WAVERLY, Iowa-- The Wartburg women's soccer team (4-2-0 overall) travels to face UW-Stevens Point (2-4-0) Sunday at 2 p.m.

The Series
Wartburg holds the series lead at 1-0 as it won the first meeting between the programs 4-0 last season.

Sophomore Morgan Neuendorf (Shell Rock) is the team's leading scorer with four goals. Freshman Nicole Adair (Reinbeck) follows with three while senior Brittany Frush (La Porte City), sophomore Alyssa Hewitt (Clive) and freshman Alyssa Drewelow (Cedar Rapids) all have two.

Sophomore Beth Crow (North Liberty) has two shutouts in the net.

UW-Stevens Point
The Pointers will travel to face UW-Stout Saturday before hosting the Knights.

Jillian Ross, Sarah Meylor and Kelsey Schneider have all scored one goal. Ross leads the team with one assist. Goalkeeper Kristen Churkey has one shutout.
