STEVENS POINT, Wis.-- Junior Riley Miller (Ankeny) netted two of Wartburg's three goals in the 3-2 win over UW-Stevens Point.

The Knights moved to 5-2-0 on the season while the Pointers are now 2-6-0.

Miller scored her first goal just four minutes into the game but UW-Stevens Point tied the game 15 seconds later. Miller netted her second goal at 18:39 to regain the 2-1 lead and sophomore Morgan Neuendorf (Shell Rock) gave the Orange and Black the 3-1 lead with her goal at 20:32 on an assist from freshman Nicole Adair (Reinbeck).

The Pointers scored their final goal at 40:11. As a team, Wartburg held the advantage in shots, 19-8.

The Knights return to the field Wednesday when it hosts Macalester at 7 p.m.
