Wartburg holds the all-time series lead at 2-0 against NWU, but the teams have not met since 2006.

Wartburg is off to its best start in program history since 2000-01, when it started 6-0. The Knights opened the 2014-15 season 4-0. Junior Jaran Sabus (Urbandale) leads the Knights with 19.4 PPG and is second with 5.2 rebounds/game. Classmate Nate Woeste (Atkins) and seniors Jordan Cannon (Bolingbrook, Ill.) and Nick Webber (Peosta) follow with 17.4, 16.6, and 10.8 PPG, respectively.
