Series
Against Dominican University, the Knights hold the all-time series at 4-0. Wartburg is undefeated in sets against the Stars, 12-0.
Wartburg holds the all-time series against Edgewood, 4-0. The Knights swept the Eagles at the teams' most-recent meeting in 2015.
The Knights won the lone meeting against Concordia in 2015 and hold the series at 1-0.
Against Lakeland, Wartburg holds the all-time record at 3-1. Wartburg swept the Muskies twice in 2014.
Wartburg
The Orange and Black come into the tournament with a 3-1 win over IIAC opponent Coe on Wednesday.
Junior Aryn Jones (Marion) leads the team with 118 kills and 38 total blocks (19 solo and 19 assist).
Three Knights have reached triple-digit digs in sophomore Kathryn Nasby (Jackson, Minn.) with 194, junior Maria Brown (Peosta) with 137 and sophomore Mallary Erbes (Urbandale) with 135.
Brown has also totaled 184 assists.
From behind the service line, Brown leads the team with 18 aces, and sophomore Lizzy Blough (Dike) has 16.
Dominican University (Ill.)
Wartburg's first opponent in the tournament will be the Stars of Dominican University (Ill.) at 3 p.m. Friday.
Dominican (3-9, 2-0 NACC) is led by Kendyl Todd with 76 kills and a set average of 1.95. Rosalyn Wyse is close behind with 75 kills and a set average of 1.92.
Todd also has 31 total blocks (four solo and 27 assist).
While running the Stars' offense, Jackie Mursuli has 206 assists to date.
Todd and Megan Parker have 13 service aces each.
For the defensive effort for Dominican, Audrey Wyse has 138 digs.
Edgewood College
The Eagles (6-5, 2-0 NACC) will take on Wartburg at 7 p.m. Friday.
Edgewood is led by Emily Chaussee with 126 kills and an average of 3.07 kills/set.
Co-running the Eagles' offense is Alex Zapuchlak and Haley Schwenn with 204 and 199 assists, respectively.
Nicole Schaeve has 162 digs to date.
Concordia University (Wis.)
Wartburg faces the Falcons of Concordia University (9-3, 2-0 NACC) at 12 p.m. Saturday.
The Falcons are led by Lauren Nevinski with 90 kills and a set average of 2.31 kills. Nevinski also has 48 total blocks (five solo, 43 assist).
Concordia's offense is led by Karina Klotz and Ashley Jehlicka with 188 and 176 assists, respectively.
To date, Lindsey Casper has 198 digs.
Lakeland College
The Orange and Black's final opponent in the IIAC-NACC Crossover is Lakeland College (7-5, 1-0 NACC).
Shannon Bishop and Brittini Scoles have 108 and 106 kills, respectively.
Leading the Muskies' offense is Madison Schweitzer with 362 assists.
From behind the service line, Allison Errthum has 21 aces.
Lakeland's defensive effort is led by Emma Bruder with 150 digs to date.
