The Series:
The Orange and Black hold the advantage against the Blugolds, 7-0-1. Wartburg won last season's meeting, 2-1. For the all-time series against Wheaton, the Thunder holds the advantage at 1-2-0. The Knights did win last season's game, 2-1.
Wartburg:
Senior Alyssa Hewitt (Clive) leads the team in goals with three. Hewitt scored all three goals in last weekend's game against Mary Hardin-Baylor.
Juniors Nicole Adair (Reinbeck) and Alyssa Drewelow (Cedar Rapids) and seniors Morgan Neuendorf (Plainfield) and Sarah Schwarz (Eldridge) have a combined four assists on the year.
In goal, senior Beth Crow (North Liberty) continues to add to her own record of 31 career shutouts. Crow has tallied 34 saves this season.
UW-Eau Claire:
The Blugolds' offense has recorded five goals from Bailee Hyde, Mary Wilhemy, Monica Zoellner, Emily Sullivan and Lauren Lenz combined.
Hyde has tallied UW-Eau Claire's lone assist on the year.
Goalkeepers Sammie Lefaive and Anna Sveiven have a combined 17 saves.
Wheaton:
Chelsea Gnan has a team-high three goals on the year. Morgan Whitman, Izzy McNally and Audrey Jensen each have scored one goal.
Assisting on two goals was Anna Saunders.
In the net, goalkeepers Madison Lee and Kathryn McGregor have tallied a combined 13 saves.
