CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa-- Senior Matt Sacia (Eldridge) became Wartburg's career leader in touchdown passes in the 31-19 win over Coe Saturday. Sacia has 74 to date, which surpasses Logan Schrader's 71 set in 2014.

He tied the record on his 18-yard pass to sophomore JoJo McNair (Joliet, Ill.) for the Knights' first score of the game. Sacia became the all-time leader on his 12-yard pass again to McNair on the second drive of the second quarter.

He also moved into second all-time in passing yards (7,592) surpassing Nick Yordi's (7,548), and third in pass completions (582).

Sacia threw for 379 yards with four TDs on the day. He has finished with triple-digit passing yards in 25-straight games and in 27 of his last 28, which dates back to the 2016 season.

McNair tallied eight catches for 104 yards and three TDs. Junior Kolin Schulte (Anamosa) had 150 yards on seven receptions with one TD.

Senior Marcus Johnson (Huxley) led the defense with 11 total tackles and classmate Dillon Rademaker (Greene) had a team-high 2.0 TFLs.

With the win, the Orange and Black are 4-2 overall and 3-1 in American Rivers Conference games, while the Kohawks fell to 34-, 2-3
