The Series
The Knights and Storm have faced one another a total of 30 times in program history, with the Knights owning an 18-11-1 series record, including a current nine match win streak over the Storm. The Knights last match with the storm took place on Oct. 22, 2017, in a 4-0 victorious effort at Simpson College.
Wartburg
The Knights (11-4-1 overall, 5-1-1 A-R-C) are in the midst of a four game win streak that dates back to Oct. 6 against Nebraska Wesleyan. Simpson
The Simpson Storm (4-10, 2-4) are in a three-game losing streak that dates back to Oct. 10 vs. Luther. On the season, the Storm have scored 15 goals, coming in at seventh overall in the conference. Two Simpson players lead the team in scoring, as freshman Baileigh Nagy and junior Almee Shrock are tied with three each. Simpson has attempted 80 shots this season, with 43 of them coming on goal. The Storm are coached by Jeremy Reinert, who is in his first season with the team.
