WAVERLY, Iowa-- The Wartburg men's basketball team (14-8 overall, 7-6 IIAC) hosts Nebraska Wesleyan (20-3, 11-3) Saturday at 4 p.m. The Prairie Wolves stand atop the conference standings and the Knights are fifth.

The all-time series is tied at 4-4, which includes the first meeting of the season. NWU was victorious, 99-60.

Wartburg
Three Knights average in double digits as junior Jaran Sabus (Urbandale) leads the team at 15.5 PPG. Seniors Sawyer Herman (Monticello) and Nate Woeste (Atkins) follow at 12.5 and 10.9, respectively. Junior Cam Kickbush (Reinbeck) rounds out the leading scorers with 10.6 PPG.

Sabus also has a team-high 5.8 rebounds/game. He is the league's seventh-leading scorer (16.9 PPG).
