Volleyball Travels to Face Nebraska Wesleyan

WAVERLY, Iowa-- The Wartburg volleyball team (7-8 overall, 1-1 American Rivers) travels to face Nebraska Wesleyan (5-8, 0-1) Saturday at 1 p.m.

The Series
Nebraska Wesleyan leads the all-time series at 16-10-1, but the Knights have won the last three straight.

Wartburg
Senior Lizzy Blough (Dike) leads the team with 167 kills and 3.98 kills/set. Freshman Jayme Willemssen (Waverly) follows with 138 kills and sophomore Kylie Bildstein (Dyersville) rounds out those in triple digits with 117. Bildstein adds a team-best .253 hitting percentage. Senior Mallary Erbes (Urbandale) has 472 assists and leads the team with 28 service aces.

Erbes leads the team with 186 digs. Bildstein has a team-best 48 blocks.

Career Record Watch
Erbes ranks eighth in assists (1,666). She has surpassed Emma Harmeyer's 1,605 and needs 43 to move into seventh.

Nebraska Wesleyan
Kierra Harder leads the team with 122 kills and Hannah Bellinghausen follows with 112. Cassidy Plooster has a team-high 22 service aces and 390 assists.
