LA CROSSE, Wis. - The Wartburg men's basketball team suffered a 74-65 loss to UW-La Crosse Saturday night.
Junior
Max Smith Drahos led the Orange and Black with 11 points and had two steals. Junior
Ryan Stulken and sophomore
Drew Olson each notched seven points.
Stulken also led Wartburg with nine rebounds while senior
Jacob Kuhlemeier had eight rebounds.
Ten other Knights contributed points with 32 of the points coming from the bench.
Wartburg was 22 of 55 in field goal shooting and 13 of 15 from the free throw line. The Knights tallied a total of 36 rebounds and 10 assists.
Next up, the Knights head to Pella to face Central in the conference opening game on Wednesday, Dec. 4 at P.H. Kuyper Gymnasium.
