WAVERLY, Iowa - Wartburg women's tennis will begin its home schedule this weekend on Sunday, Sept. 12 for a non-conference match against Saint Ambrose at 10 a.m. and an exhibition contest against Iowa Central Community College at 1 p.m. in Waverly. The Knights are coming off a hot opening weekend that saw them go 2-0 and 1-0 in the American Rivers Conference while only dropping one game throughout the two matches.
Spectators are permitted and are required to follow campus masking and social distancing guidelines. Details HERE.

Olivia Phillips who rallied off two victories at the No. 1 singles position and doubled up once more with her wins in the No. 1 doubles competitions with partner

Rebekah Corson also earned a 2-0 sweep over the University of Dubuque and Grand View University at the No. 5 and 2 single spots. Freshmen
Bailey VanDusseldorp and
Chihiro Ono both began their collegiate careers with victories last weekend.
The Knights are set to begin their home portion of the schedule on Sunday against Saint Ambrose and Iowa Central before embarking on five consecutive conference matches beginning with Coe College on Tuesday, Sept. 15.
