WAVERLY, Iowa - The Wartburg women's tennis team earned a 5-4 win over Saint Ambrose University during its 2020 home opener at Wartburg Tennis Courts on Sunday, Sept. 13.
The Knights improve to 3-0 overall. Wartburg also hosted an exhibition match versus Iowa Central, falling 5-4.
Down 2-1 after doubles competition, Wartburg bounced back with singles victories at the No. 3-6 positions to claim the 5-4 triumph.
