Wartburg claimed a two-run lead in the third inning while adding runs in the sixth and seventh to earn the shutout.

Jordan Swiatkowski's third homer of the year stood as the game-winning RBI as she got the Knights' scoring started in the third. The Knights plated another in the third unearned off a Central throwing error.

An RBI groundout from Leah Campos and a Sydney Illg RBI single helped pad the lead.

Hannah Happ also notched two hits at the plate.
