LAKEVILLE, Minn. – Wartburg women's tennis split competition on Saturday, Mar. 19 with a loss to the University of Northwestern (Minn.) and a win over the University of Wisconsin-River Falls.
 
Meadow LaDuke and Natalie Kaiser led the Knights today with records of 2-0 in singles and doubles on the day. Georgia Nissen finished the day 1-1 in singles and 2-0 in doubles with partner Chihiro Ono.
 
The Knights were edged 5-4 by Northwestern after winning 2/3 doubles matches, but they fell in four out of the six singles matches to move to 10-12 on the season.
 
Against UW-River Falls, Wartburg swept doubles play and went 3-3 in singles matches after forfeiting the number six singles match. The 6-3 win brought the Orange & Black's record to 11-12.
