NEW ULM, Minn. – Men's tennis continued its record-breaking season with its 20
th win of the season, and 10
th straight win, after defeating Martin Luther College 8-1 on Saturday, Apr. 9.
Jeff Miller and
Hunter Gerhardt teamed up for the first time this season and won in number one doubles. The duo of
Joseph Haag and
Jack Veber moved to 2-0 overall as a team after getting the win in the second doubles position.
Sam Yoon and
Shimon Yonekura's win in the third doubles spot is their first win together this season.
Haag led the Knights in singles play with his third number one singles win of the season. The only match that Wartburg didn't win today was the fourth singles match.
Next Time Out
The Knights will host an American Rivers Conference dual at home on Thursday, Apr. 14 against Central University.
