WAVERLY, Iowa – Wartburg women's basketball continued its winning streak with a 63-51 home win over No. 21 Loras College on Wednesday, Jan. 18. The Knights are now 13-4 overall and remain a perfect 8-0 in American Rivers Conference play.

- First half
- Loras led 3-2 for the first three minutes, before Maggie Wilkins and Jaedon Murphy both connected from deep to put the Knights up 8-5 with 5:45 left in the first
- Loras responded with an 8-0 run to take a 13-8 lead that led to a Wartburg timeout
- Sara Faber was able to hit from beyond the arc to cut the lead to 15-14 as the first quarter closed
- After each team scored early in the second, the score was 18-18 with 9:17 to play in the second quarter

- With Loras trailing four, Macy Harris scored for points and Faber scored five over the next four minutes to put the Knights up 46-33 with 3:14 left in the third

- Britney Young and Taylor Runchey both scored to close the third making the score 52-37 Wartburg
- Wartburg opened the final quarter with a 6-0 run that gave them its biggest lead of the night, up by 21
- After five straight Loras points Murphy stopped the run with a layup and then after another Loras make Young connected from deep to keep Wartburg up 63-46
- Loras scored the final five points and Wartburg closed out a 63-51 win
