CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa - The women's tennis team competed this weekend in the American Rivers Conference Individual Tournament. In the doubles tournament,
Natalie Kaiser and
Georgia Nissen earned gold in the A-bracket, defeating both the number one and two seeds in the process. In the C-bracket for singles,
Lily Schreckengast earned third place. Wartburg took the top three spots in the D-bracket for singles -
Morgan Kathman winning,
Kelsey Dammeier in second, and
Heather Leek in third.
These marked the first flight championships for the program since 2018.
The Knights wrap up the fall with a record of 6-3, 5-3 in conference play. Women's tennis will be back in action in the spring!
