DUBUQUE, Iowa – No. 7/12 women's basketball (6-0, 2-0 A-R-C) went on the road and defeated No. 15/20 Loras (4-1, 1-1 A-R-C) 64-56 in American Rivers Conference play on Wednesday, Nov. 29. The Knights are now 6-0 overall and move to 2-0 in A-R-C play.

- First Quarter
- After trailing 2-0 in the opening minutes, Taylor Runchey found an open Britney Young for three to make it 3-2
- A Lauren Donlea three pointer put the Knights ahead 7-5 halfway through the first quarter
- Loras tied the game at seven, but Wartburg ended the quarter on a 6-0 run behind a three pointer from Grace Hennessy, a Macy Harris free throw and then a Harris steal for an open layup
- Second Quarter
- Each team traded layups to begin the second quarter but Wartburg stayed in front 15-11
- Another Young three pointer followed by a Harris layup put the Knights ahead 20-13 with just over six minutes left in the half
- Young kept the Knights in front again with her third three of the game minutes later
- Sara Faber scored the next four points for the Knights and Harris scored two at the free throw line and the Knights took a 29-20 lead into halftime

- Third Quarter
- Jaedon Murphy followed an early Loras layup up with a three pointer to put Wartburg ahead 32-22
- After trading baskets, neither team scored for two minutes before Young made her fourth three of the night to make the score 37-24 Wartburg
- Loras closed the lead to seven before a made free throw from Faber and then six straight points from Young to put Wartburg up 46-34
- A Lauren Woeste free throw and then a late Loras three pointer put the Knights lead at 47-37 after three quarters
- Fourth Quarter
- Loras opened the fourth with a three pointer to close the lead to seven, but a Donlea steal led to a Woeste layup to bring the score to 49-40 with 8:32 remaining
- Layups from Hennessy and Murphy pushed the lead to 53-42 with just over six and a half minutes left
- Harris made back-to-back driving layups to keep Wartburg in front 57-46 and then a Murphy three pointer stretched the lead to 60-46 with 3:27 left to play
- Loras went on a 10-2 run, but a pair of Murphy free throws stopped the run and the Knights closed a 64-56 win over Loras
